Chocolate Chip CheeseballBeat until fluffy:8 oz. cream cheese1 cube butter1/4 tsp. vanillaThen blend in:3/4 c. sugar2 Tbs. brown sugarFinally add:3/4 c. (heaping) mini chocolate chips.Chill in the refrigerator for an hour then serve on graham crackers (I only like it with the chocolate graham crackers!) You can roll it into a ball, but let's be realistic, you are just going to eat it, so why go to the added trouble?

Chocolate Chip Cheeseball
Another fabulously tasty recipe! Who knew that cream cheese was so wonderful?! But, to be fair, it needs the aid of chocolate!
